Laminin

I have been seeing and hearing a lot about Louie Giglio and his sermon on laminin. Don’t run to pull out your bible and go to pull your concordance of the book shelf, because you will not find it in either of those places. Basically, laminin is a protein found in the "extra cellular matrix", the sheets of protein that form the substrate of all internal organs also called the "basement membrane". It has four arms that can bind to four other molecules. The three shorter arms are particularly good at binding to other laminin molecules, which is what makes it so great at forming sheets. The long arm is capable of binding to cells, which helps anchor the actual organs to the membrane. Laminin literally holds our skin, organs, and everything else in our body, in place. It is described as rebar of the human body it holds us all together.

Now, I know this doesn’t sound like exciting stuff, unless you are a molecular biologist, but there is more. You see, every Artist, designer or creator always leaves their mark on their master piece or creations and we are no different. Every living, breathing organism contains these laminin. Like a signature of sorts from a designer or creator. So, if you look at the SIGNATURE below you can see who our creator is.

Isn’t God Awesome!

God Bless

Steve
